Step1: The Call

Contact Coastline either by telephone, fax, email or by the Contact Form, and explain your requirements to our friendly telephone operators.

Step 2: The Quotation

At your convenience, our representative will assess your requirements at a personal meeting and prepare an accurate quotation; all information is treated with in the strictest confidence. If you prefer we can send a male or female representative, Welsh or English speaking.

Step 3: The Packing

Coastline will carefully pack your possessions using top quality packing materials. If you are carrying out your own packing, help and advice is available. Packing materials can be requested and our representative will personally deliver these, and answer any questions and offer useful packing tips.

Step 4: The Removal

We arrive on time, ready for action. You will be introduced to your removal team who will then begin by protecting carpets and other vulnerable areas.

After showing the foreman the furniture and effects to be moved, the team will then load these items safely and securely onto the vehicle. Coastline uses purpose built vans equipped with the best quality blankets and webbing for maximum protection in transit.

You will be asked to check the house to ensure that all items to be moved have been placed on the van and that nothing remains. At your destination, we will place furniture and boxes in the rooms of your choice and in the appropriate positions. When all items have been unloaded you will be asked to inspect the vehicle and sign to acknowledge receipt of your possessions.
